1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking a session at Sandalshore, visiting our facility, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms constitute a legal agreement between you and Sandalshore.
2. Eligibility and Age Requirements
Our services are available to individuals 18 years of age or older. If you are under 18, you may receive services only with parental or guardian consent and accompaniment. By booking a session, you confirm that you meet the age requirement or have obtained appropriate consent.
3. Service Description
Sandalshore provides traditional Thai massage services, including but not limited to:
- Weekend Renewal Package (two-day treatment program)
- Couple's Shared Experience (simultaneous sessions for two people)
- Post-Activity Recovery Session (targeted recovery work)
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. Session durations are approximate and may vary based on individual needs and practitioner assessment.
4. Booking and Scheduling
Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our website contact form. We will confirm your appointment via your preferred contact method. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time to allow for check-in and consultation.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a requirement to prepay for future appointments.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash and major payment cards. Prices are listed in Taiwan Dollars (TWD) and are subject to change with notice.
Package deals must be used within the specified timeframe (typically six months from purchase). Unused portions of packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval.

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your health status, including:
- Current injuries or areas of acute pain
