I've been coming here for about eight months now, usually getting a session every three weeks or so. The practitioners really listen when you explain where you're holding tension. I work at a desk most of the day, and by the time I get here my shoulders are usually quite tight. They've shown me a few simple stretches to do at home as well.

The Challenge

We started with weekly sessions focusing on her upper back and neck, using compression and gentle stretching. As the tension reduced, we moved to bi-weekly maintenance sessions and taught her simple desk stretches.
